Delete Rookies

Finally doing my own Digimon thing! I've spent so long fangirling (silently) over other people's stories that I'm finally getting round to taking a stab at my own. This is actually the third 'team' of Digidestined Digimon I've come up with. There's another 4-man-team and one with....a handful but these are recently made so I'm going to use them.

The series is going to be called Digimon Delete. I'll figure out how to make a cool logo later.

Featured here are the rookies of the story; Ovimon, Graumon, Beetmon, and Chirpmon. When I was designing them (and their lines) I looked at the originals and how they tended not to look similar at all (at first) so I went with that. I also used the naming style of the baby/in-training digimon for the first two forms, though I'm using English words because it makes sense to seeing as I'm English

Ovimon will follow the cute dinosaur/scary dinosaur/metal flying dinosaur/humanoid pattern. I had trouble designing him because I planned for him to be green but I just couldn't picture it, and the only colour I thought would work was yellow. But I didn't want him to look too much like Agumon. His name is from 'oviraptor' (as is his champion) and I used the presumption that they were egg thieves to also add some raccoon patterns to him

Tinimon - Pinchmon - Graumon - Hominimon - CaveHominimon - BronzeHominimon
Graumon follows the buff mammalian/4-legged mammalian/2-legged mammalian/metallic mammalian pattern. He went through quite a lot of designs to get him exactly how I wanted, but he was overall the easiest because I knew what I wanted to get out of him. His colour scheme was the hardest to figure out, but in the end I made it similar to Gorillamon's. He'll grow out of it!

I was eating beetroot when I decided to make Beetmon. She follows the plant (with lizard tail!)/chunky plant/fairy/still fairy pattern. She's the one I'm most excited to get up the Ultimate form for

Chirpmon will follow the chick/giant bird/birdman/giant bird again pattern. I was only going to have the first three to start with but I REALLY wanted a bird so I pulled up and old design to tweak. She used to be Cheepomon; super annoying, cowardly prankster, who was male and had holy rings on his legs and a metal-lined beak. I made her adorable like Biyomon though xD I am so looking forward to showing her Mega, it's going to be great!
