Sarabi and co

Only just realised I didn't colour Dwala's pawpads ):

My version of Sarabi's sisters, and a new design for Safi. Sarabi is there in the middle with Sarafina to the right. The one to the left is Dwala. The one above Sarafina is Diku, to the left of that is Naanda, and finally the last one is Safi's new design.

Sarabi, everyone knows, is Simba's mother and Mufasa's wife. She's awesome. I love Sarabi c:

Sarafina is just adorable

Safi; I changed her design because I couldn't stand the ''my how you've grown'' lioness to be honest xD And her colour scheme was yucky. Instead, Safi is now based on one of the lioness' sitting on the rock when we first meet Nala. She's the middle one. So she now has darker fur, coloured toes, light all around her eyes, and blue eyes. It works better with the comic better as well because Tojo's mother is likely the dark brown-ish one, which Safi now is She has blue eyes now because Tojo does.
As before, Safi is the loving wife of Scar, who supports him but has the firm upper hand. She's sort of his conscience, but clearly he's too far gone to listen properly to her. She constantly tries to help him and bring him back to the good side during his reign and doesn't give up on him until Simba returns and she learns what he did. She would then die at the hands (paws?) of the hyenas. She's Kula and Tojo's mother.

Dwala; I have changed Asali to being Mohatu's wife and Ahadi's mother. So I decided to make Simba's Aunt...well, Simba's Aunt. She has light golden fur because the comic said so and I can't imagine tweaking her to look more like Sarabi. I actually borrowed the main and belly fur colours from SP Nala and just brightened them a bit haha She gets blue eyes so match Naanda. She probably had red/orange eyes in the comic buuuuuttttt the only picture I remember seeing has no eye colour so yeah. Whatever.
Dwala's husband...so far has no name. But I decided that with her being yellow, she can be Malka's mum He gets his orange-y/peach fur from his Dad's side. I also haven't named her two cubs yet either.

Naanda; I based her on one of the other lioness' on the rock. She's the only one whose face we see. I made her Sarabi's sister because she's pretty c: She looks more like Sarafina than Sarabi butttttttt so what? I decided to make her Sabini's mother, which is why she has those light blue eyes. She's also Sarabi's twin so they're super close I guess?

Diku; I based her on the third and last lioness on that rock. Compared to the other two she looked really reddish but it turns out...she's not that reddish xD Anyway, I decided to make her Tama and Chumvi's mother, because Tama has orange/peach fur and I already made those two twins because of hair tufts lol I also thought that since Chumvi is pretty dark-furred, instead of him getting it from Diku or his father (who may be one of those three lions that Mufasa was talking to that one time...), he gets his dark fur from a grandparent. Because Sarabi's dark so one of her parents is dark too blah blah blah
